Looking for help paying your rent?

RentMerchant is software that landlords use to collect rent. We are not a rent assistance program, so we cannot pay, lend or reduce anyone's rent. These can help today:

  • Call 211 or visit 211.org. They connect you with local emergency rent assistance, often the same day.
  • Charities, such as the Salvation Army, Catholic Charities and local churches, often help with one month's rent.
  • Facing eviction? Free legal help: lawhelp.org.
  • Paying a landlord who uses RentMerchant? Use the Pay button in their rent email. How paying works
